Product Refund or Exchange Procedure
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, we have implemented a policy to ensure your purchasing experience is also worry-free. We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement based on evaluation of the product upon return to Magic Brands, Inc.
Your purchase may qualify for refund or exchange if:
1. The product arrives with damage during shipment
2. The product received is defective
3. The product received is not the product ordered
Before returning any item, please contact a member of our Account Executive team at 860.949.8380 to validate that your materials qualify, and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
We regretfully cannot process any items returned without an issued RMA.
Download and complete our RMA Form and ship back the item with the RMA Form enclosed.
All returned items must be in their original box or crating and must include all packing material, manuals, and accessories.
All returned items must be issued a RMA Number by Magic Brands, Inc. within 48 hours from receipt of the item, as expressed in this policy as the return period.
Please read the accompanying RMA Form Directions thoroughly.
A member of our Account Executives Team will contact you once the product is received and finalize your return, refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our foremost goal.
We will not be able to process any refunds, exchanges or returns if:
Any product is returned to Magic Brands, Inc. for reasons other than the explicitly described qualifications expressed in this Return Policy.
- Any item is not returned in the original box or crating.
- Any item is not returned in full, including all packing material, manuals, and accessories that were originally shipped with the item from Magic Brands, Inc.
Make sure to first call our Account Executives at 860.949.8380 for verification before shipping any items back to our Distribution Center!
If you desire an expedited method of shipping for any replaced items, this must be arranged while obtaining the RMA Number and any associated shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.
